Today it's cool European vibes beamed from Austin, Texas direct to your kitchen indie disco. Hot takes from Heartworms, Wynona Bleach and Dream Wife
Day 2 of our video coverage from SXSW and what have we here? A distinctly European vibe with two English bands Heartworms and Dream Wife, and Ireland's Wynona Bleach who are of course big mates with our very own Virgins.
First up Heartworms. Heartworms is the brainchild of musician and poet Jojo Orme from Cheltenham, now based in South London and signed to Speedy Wunderground. Described by the NME as 'defiant, goth-inspired post-punk that draws strength from the doubters' this looks like a belter of a set with plenty of theremin bothering action.
You can find all their details in this SXSW bio.

Next Dream Wife from Brighton. The band comprises of Rakel Mjöll (lead vocals), Alice Go (guitar, vocals), Bella Podpadec (bass, vocals) and Alex Paveley on drums. Their punk power pop live show has consistently been described as one of the most exhilarating shows around.

And completing today's trio, Belfast's Wynona Bleach. Purveying their own sauce of gazey alt rock are Melyssa Shannon (Vocals), Jonny Woods (Guitar, Vocals), Aaron Black (Guitar) and Matt Killen (Drums) and Carl Gilmore (Bass).
